INTERPLANETARY CIVILIZATION
We are destined for interplanetary civilization. Survival-Functionality
and its Engineering will be the basis of architectural development.
Architecture becomes an exercise to orchestrate & host survival procedures
& technologies. Robotics & digital software will govern labor-intensive and critical survival processes – energy production, air filtration, planting/harvesting (natural & synthetic), communication & data sharing,
and launch/receive portals (physical/holographic/teleportation).
These are
elementary programs of survival. The architectural construct itself is governed
by methods of robotic fabrication and assembly. Modular, functional, flexible, adaptable & resilient – an architecture capable of hosting interplanetary
civilization survival technologies & localized habitation.
